Blue Point Capital Partners II, L.P.:

Blue Point Capital Partners II, L.P. ("Blue Point") is a middle market buyout fund that has offices in Cleveland, Seattle and Charlotte. Blue Point invests in manufacturing, value-added distribution and business service companies that supply the industrial and consumer markets in the Midwest, Northwest and Southeast regions of the United States. Blue Point focuses on leveraged buyout transactions in the small cap and mid cap range.



Chrysalis Ventures III:

Chrysalis Ventures was founded in 1993 and invests primarily in early-stage health care, media and communications, and business services companies in the Midwest and South. The firm is headquartered in Louisville, Ky., with a second office in Cleveland, Ohio, and has more than $350 million under management and investments in more than 55 companies. Chrysalis has a long history of investing in Ohio, with current Ohio investments generating more than $50 million in annual revenues.



Draper Triangle Ventures II L.P.:

Draper Triangle Ventures II, L.P. ("Draper Triangle") is a venture capital fund that seeks to invest in high-growth companies typically located in Western and Central Pennsylvania and Ohio. Draper Triangle's industry focus is in seed and early stage emerging information technology and medical technology companies. The fund intends to invest $500,000 to $2.5 million per deal in companies specializing in the technology and life sciences sectors.



Early Stage Partners II:

Based in Cleveland, Early Stage Partners was formed in 2001 to take advantage of the attractive early stage technology deal flow opportunities in Northeast Ohio, Ohio, and the Midwest. The principals have well over 60 years investing experience and focus on the life sciences, technology, and materials sectors. Specifically, the fund will invest in high growth management teams and concepts in biosciences, information technology, advanced manufacturing, polymers and advanced materials, and alternative energy production.



Mistral Equity Partners:

Mistral Equity Partners is a private equity firm comprised of highly experienced investment professionals and seasoned industry executives. The firm specializes in the consumer and media sectors, and is especially attracted to businesses that are supported by strong demographic trends and fundamental changes in consumer preferences. Mistral's resources and capabilities are complemented by their Strategic Partner, the Schottenstein Family of Companies ("SFC") headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The fund's first investment is Shearer's Foods of Brewster, Ohio.

Reservoir Venture Partners II:

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Reservoir Venture Partners ("Reservior") has a leading market presence in the Central Ohio region. Reservior targets investments in seed and early stage technology companies with an emphasis in the healthcare, information technology and advanced materials sectors. With a second office in Cleveland, Reservoir specifically focuses on investing in the Ohio and Midwest region.

River Cities Capital Fund IV :

River Cities Capital Funds, founded in 1994, is a venture capital firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a second office in Raleigh, N.C. The firm invests primarily in expansion-stage companies located in the Midwest and Southeast, with a focus on technology-enabled business services and health care companies.  The firm has made over 75 investments, including investments in 24 Ohio-based portfolio companies.

Riverside Micro-Cap Fund I L.P.:

Riverside Micro-Cap Fund I L.P. ("Riverside") is a Cleveland-based private equity firm that has historically investments in companies at the lower end of the middle market. Riverside will make control investments in leveraged acquisitions of "Micro Companies", which are companies with $5 million to $25 million in revenue and $3 million or less of EBITDA. Their primary focus is on companies that are poised for growth that have significant competitive advantages in their industries.

SFW:

Based in Hudson, Ohio and Rye, NY, SFW Capital Partners ("SFW") invests in lower middle-market buyout opportunities in the (1) Test, Measurement and Control Instrumentation and (2) High-Value Growth Industrial sectors. In each company, SFW works closely with management to formulate and implement an immediate, comprehensive operating improvement plan designed to increase profitability and build value.

Stonehenge Opportunity Fund II, L.P.:

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Stonehenge Opportunity Fund II, L.P. ("Stonehenge") focuses its investing primarily in mature, middle-market companies with annual revenues between $15 million and $150 million.  Stonehenge has a historical track record of profitability, primarily in the form of growth financings, leveraged buyouts, and management-led recapitalizations of entrepreneur-owned companies and non-core subsidiaries of corporate parents.

Strength Capital Partners II, L.P.:

Based in Birmingham, Michigan and Cincinnati, Ohio, Strength Capital Partners II, L.P. ("Strength") will focus its investments in lower middle-market private companies with annual revenues of $10 million to $100 million.  The fund's targeted industry segments will be those of the Middle Economy, defined as those businesses with organic growth opportunities, a brand or significant market presence, low levels of fixed assets and limited threat from overseas competition.

Triathlon Medical Ventures Fund, L.P.:

Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Triathlon Medical Ventures Fund, L.P. ("Triathlon") is a venture capital fund that targets investments in early-stage biomedical technology companies located in the Midwest. Triathlon also invests in mid-to-late-stage biomedical technology companies based throughout the U.S.
