MISSION STATEMENT - OIF

The Ohio PERS/Credit Suisse Ohio-Midwest Fund ("OPOMF" or "OIF") seeks to build successful, innovative enterprises for the benefit of its investors.

In addition, the Fund seeks to ensure the following:

• Foster the creation and growth of young and maturing companies in Ohio and the Midwest
• Encourage the development and growth of a vibrant Ohio-based private equity community
• Facilitate public and private partnerships within the State
